Care instructions

Suggested for indoor use only. Outdoor temperatures may cause cracking, and exposure to moisture can lead to oxidation.

Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth. Lead is used so please wash your hands thoroughly after handling, and as tempting as it may be, don’t lick the mirror. Lead is a soft metal so handle the mirror with care.
Ensure your mirror is securly hung on a hook or screw that can hold the wait of the mirror for safe display

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available. Feel free to send me an email or DM on Instagram to discuss options.

The package is insured and will be shipped via PostNL within 1-10 business days after purchase. You will receive a tracking code via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter their shipping information.

You have the right to cancel your order and 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning is at your expense. If you want to excersice this right, pleas email me: noahwillemse@hotmail.com or glasup.contact@gmail.com
The product will be returned to me in original condition and packaging.
Due to the handmade nature of the artwork, custom mirrors have no returns or refunds policy.

I take great care in packaging each mirror to prevent breakage during transit.
In the unfortunate event of damage during shipment, please retain all packaging materials and contact me via email.
I will either refund your purchase or make a new mirror.

In the event that your piece breaks while in your possession,
feel free to get in touch with me to explore possible repair options.

All my designs are handcrafted and created with love. With a lot of product research, prototypes and finding the best materials to make high quality products, each piece is treated with close attenion to detail. Capturing the essence of glass through photography can be challenging. I believe that witnessing these portals with your own eyes makes them all the more extraordinary :)

When receiving handmade products you may see some minor imperfections like micro scratches or small dents, but this gives the human touch to each item!

I offer customized mirrors made to order. If the mirror you desire is currently unavailable, simply email me the details, and I'll craft it for you. Made to order items may take up to 3-6 weeks to be delivered.
